Nearly fifteen years ago, I began my career at a custom-to-the-trade luxury rug manufacturer, starting as a Sales Administrator and working my way up to Director of Marketing and Sales. Over the years, I traveled extensively across the country, meeting with interior designers in their studios, showrooms, and on job sites — gaining firsthand insight into how designers work, what their clients expect, and what they truly need from the brands they partner with. That experience shaped everything I do today.
Before KADCO ever had a name, two things consistently guided my career: small business and design. An affinity for fine art and fashion to interiors and branding, design has always been part of who I am — not just aesthetically, but strategically. I understand how visuals, messaging, and relationships work together to build trust and drive sales.
Because I’ve been on the inside, I don’t just understand what looks good — I understand what works.
Born and raised in New York, I catch on quickly and work hard — it’s in my DNA. I’m a minimalist at heart and I believe great strategy should feel effortless, not overcomplicated.
I believe the best work speaks for itself. I believe design should be fun. And I’m an Aries, which means I believe great work and a great time can absolutely coexist!
